2. Scheduling

Appointment dates and estimated arrival windows are provided as estimates and may change due to weather, material availability, emergencies, customer availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of scheduling changes as soon as practical.

3. Estimates & Work Orders

Written estimates are valid only for the period stated on the estimate.
Work begins only after customer approval unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional work requested after approval may require a revised estimate and additional authorization.

4. Payments

Invoices are due according to the payment terms listed on the applicable invoice or service agreement.

Late payments may be subject to applicable fees where permitted by law.

5. SMS Communications & Consent

Flash Property Services utilizes Roistar, our customer relationship management (CRM) and field operations platform, to communicate with customers throughout the service process.

Customers may choose to receive SMS text messages regarding their requested services by providing their mobile phone number and expressly consenting to receive SMS communications through our website, customer forms, account registration, or other documented consent methods.

Appointment confirmations
Scheduling updates
Technician arrival notifications
Estimate notifications
Work order updates
Invoice notifications
Payment confirmations
Customer support communications
Service-related follow-up

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.

7. Technology Platform

Flash Property Services utilizes Roistar to securely manage customer information, scheduling, communications, estimates, invoices, payments, service history, and operational workflows.

Roistar is used solely to facilitate the delivery of requested services, improve customer communication, and maintain service records.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flash Property Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

10. Changes to These Terms

Flash Property Services reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
